1. How soon will my order be dispatched?
We will process and dispatch your order within 1-2 business days after payment. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. How much is UK and international shipping?
UK shipping is £10

International shipping is £20
The system will automatically add the corresponding shipping fee at checkout.

3. How soon can I expect to receive my item?
UK delivery usually takes 2-5 business days

International orders are expected to be delivered within 7-14 business days (the specific time varies slightly depending on the country/region)

4. Do you provide a return service?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unused and packaged intact. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for details.

5. What if the product is damaged or wrong?
Please check the product as soon as possible after receiving it. If there is damage, missing parts or wrong products, please contact us by email within 48 hours and we will replace or refund you free of charge.

6. Can I cancel the order?
If the order has not been shipped, you can contact us by email or phone to cancel it. If the order has been shipped, you need to apply for a return after receiving the product.

7. Can I issue an invoice?
Yes. If you need an electronic invoice, please note it when placing the order or contact customer service by email.

8. Does the product include installation instructions?
We provide a simple installation manual with the product, and you can also contact customer service for an electronic version or installation video guidance for some chandelier products.
